Omar Joseph Samaha was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area and first called Vienna, VA home. He grew up learning about real estate from his father, Joseph Samaha, raised in Arlington, VA, and other successful Realtors and entrepreneurs in his close knit, local family.
As he grew up, Omar developed his own, unique passion and desire for real estate. He attended prestigious real estate programs at Virginia Tech and Georgetown University, where he received his masters degree in real estate, development, and finance, graduating with honors.
Omar jumped right in, initially working with family and friends, and growing by “referral only.” It’s evident that he treats each client like his first ones (family) and each deal like his own, as he’s expanded over the years to be referred to DMV newcomers and corporate relocations alike. He’s been recruited to join and represent various national elites, and has developed a solid reputation for excellent guidance, service, and most importantly, his clients’ success.

Omar majored in real estate at Virginia Tech and later earned his master’s in real estate from Georgetown University.
